Because Image Pots and photo/logo inserts may be custom-made or personalized, **custom and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable**.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within **7 days of delivery**. We will work with you to replace the damaged or incorrect item.

To report an issue, please include your order number and photos showing the problem.

**Please note:** We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for personalized products due to customer-provided photos, logos, artwork, spelling, or other information submitted with the order.
